Reese Procurement Limited is owned and run by Philip Reese, BSc (Hons), MRICS, MCIPS, MAPM, CBIFM.
During the early part of Philip's career he worked for construction management specialist Bovis which provided opportunites to experience a broad range of industry sectors and ways of working, both in the UK and across Central Europe. He went on to work on the successful Global Alliance with BP Oil, further developing his skills in both Europe and North America, delivering significant bottom line results.
He has continued to provide top quality procurement and project management services in a number of Client-side, Contractor and Consultancy roles, mainly focussing on multi-site and fast growing estates (for example in heathcare) providing services for some of the largest and well-known providers in the UK.
This varied exposure has led to Philip developing a very open-minded approach to his services and an ability to embrace a wide range of people. He has led the procurement of large capital and revenue projects, using business models ranging from the transactional and tactical through to alliancing and strategic relationships. He constantly seeks out innovation, encourages and leads transformational change and delivers continuous improvement.
Philip qualified as a Chartered Quantity Surveyor whilst working in the USA and has since become a qualified member of the Chartered Institute of Purchasing & Supply. He is also a member of the APM and BIFM and contributes to industry groups.
